“The Bridge Tavern stands out as more than just accommodation; it's a recognized local gastro pub with a lively bar scene enhanced by regular live music, making it quite popular. I noticed its thoughtful touches, like discounted kayaking for guests and family-friendly rooms. All considered, it makes for a comfortable base to explore Wicklow and its scenic surroundings.”

Acceptable stay with drawbacks
small room limited breakfast
The location proved convenient.
The room was quite small. I could also hear noise from the pub below, even late at night. Breakfast lacked variety. There was no buffet.

Excellent Hotel Experience!
big room good choice friendly staff attentive service
I found the rooms above the pub to be very well laid out. The Beautiful Double Room had plenty of space. Breakfast choice was also good, with options to suit different tastes. I particularly enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was attentive.
The access to the rooms is from the street, and not from inside the pub.

a good stay, mostly
recent decoration room size quick service
the room looked real nice with the recent decoration, i can tell. the room sizes was good and the bathrooms was very nice. we asked for the iron and board and the staff got it quick.
the on-site parking was absent. this caused some hinderance when we had to park elsewhere. the wifi, too, wasn't available even if it was promised.
